Misti hails DKSH-LSV alliance as model for SME growth
Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Hem Vanndy yesterday welcomed a delegation from DKSH (Cambodia) Ltd and LSV Industry Co Ltd, who expressed appreciation for the ministry’s role in facilitating their business partnership.

During the courtesy call, Vanndy highlighted the DKSH-LSV alliance as a successful model for Cambodian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking to collaborate with international distribution networks, expand market access and strengthen competitiveness.
“We are pleased that DKSH was able to materialise MISTI’s initiative and translate it into an actual partnership outcome,” Vanndy said.
DKSH reaffirmed its commitment to integrating promising, high-quality Cambodian products into its broad distribution network. Meanwhile, LSV Industry reported that it has boosted production, running its factory 24 hours a day to meet growing market demand. The firm is also enhancing research and development by increasing its use of locally sourced raw materials.
This partnership model is expected to strengthen LSV’s capacity and serve as a strategic bridge to reach markets more effectively. LSV Industry is a local manufacturer of home and personal care products, including OKA detergent, Rins dishwashing liquid and Empress body soap. Its products are currently exported to Australia, France, South Korea, Japan and the United States.
Vanndy encouraged LSV to continue developing new products and to expand collaboration with students and researchers. He reaffirmed that the ministry remains committed to supporting local enterprises through national standards, laboratory testing, equipment calibration, verification and innovation research. These initiatives aim to help Cambodian businesses gain greater access to regional and international markets.
