37 investment projects worth $246 million registered in October

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) and Provincial Investment Sub-Committees (PISCs) registered 37 investment projects worth approximately $246 million in October 2026, which are expected to create around 19,000 jobs for Cambodian people.

Of the 37 projects, 24 were registered by the CDC, with a total investment capital of approximately $205 million, and are expected to generate around 11,000 jobs.

The remaining 13 projects were registered by the PISCs, with investment capital totalling approximately $41 million, and are expected to create around 8,000 jobs.

During the first 10 months of 2026, the industrial sector remained the main driver of investment, while projects in special economic zones, agriculture, tourism and infrastructure continued to contribute to economic diversification and job creation across the Kingdom.
