According to a survey by property listing platform batdongsan.com.vn, a 60sq.m urban apartment costs approximately VNĐ3 billion (US$117,393) and would require young people to save for 25.8 years to buy one.

Recognising young customers' needs and financial challenges in buying a home, ABBANK offers loans with outstanding features for those aged 19 to 40.

They cover up to 100 per cent of the cost, easing customers’ initial financial burden, and come with flexible repayment terms of up to 35 years.

Nguyễn Thị Hương, deputy general director of ABBANK, said: “In response to the Government’s call, we introduced this loan package to help young customers, especially those with modest incomes, achieve homeownership and financial stability.”

ABBANK also offers various preferential loans to businesses with interest rates starting at 6.99 per cent and secured consumer loans starting at 8.19 per cent.
