Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company has announced the selling of its own shares as follows:

-         Stock symbol: VOS

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,890,000 shares

-         Volume registered to sell: 1,890,000 shares

-         Purpose: withdrawing of capital investment and adding of capital for business

-         Trading method: order matching and put through

-         Expected trading period: from December 10, 2013 to January 09, 2014

-         Principle to determine price: market price at the trading day

-         Price: no less than VND3,900/share

-         The securities company authorized to execute transactions: Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company- 8 Le Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi – Tel: 04.39288080.
