Phenikaa Group and its member company Vicostone JSC have been named among Việt Nam’s top 50 most profitable enterprises in 2025, according to Vietnam Report in collaboration with VietnamNet newspaper.

The recognition reflects not only the brand reputation and sustainable internal strength that Phenikaa and Vicostone have built throughout their development, but also highlights their effective management, long-term vision and commitment to sustainable growth.

Vietnam Report noted that the ranking is a key measure of corporate health, reflecting a company’s growth capacity and ability to adapt to challenges. Enterprises featured in the 2025 ranking contribute nearly 60 per cent of the country’s total corporate income tax revenue, with the top 50 alone averaging almost VNĐ2 trillion in contributions.

Despite numerous domestic and international market fluctuations, Phenikaa recorded a consolidated profit of VNĐ858 billion in 2024, a 45.6 per cent increase from 2023. Over the decade from 2014 to 2024, the group achieved a compound annual growth rate of 18 per cent in total revenue and 15 per cent in pre-tax profit, contributing hundreds of billions of đồng annually to the State budget.

Building on these accomplishments, Phenikaa was rated A by VIS Rating for the second consecutive year in 2025, affirming its stable financial capacity, effective risk management and strong reputation in the capital market.

Entering the 2025–30 period, Phenikaa is focused on strengthening three core pillars: People, Systems and Technology. The group aims to increase revenue from high-tech products, services and solutions, while accelerating investment in research and development, comprehensive digital transformation and green growth initiatives.
