The collaboration represents a significant milestone in VietBank’s commitment to optimising project management, enhancing operational efficiency, and accelerating its digital transformation.

VietBank experienced significant growth last year, increasing its charter capital to VND7.14 trillion ($280 million) and expanding its network with 14 new branches and transaction offices, bringing the total number of service points nationwide to 132. As the bank continues to scale its operations, there is a growing need for a structured transformation framework and professional project management.

To address this, one of the key initiatives under the strategic partnership between the two organisations is the establishment of a Transformation Management Office. The office will be jointly designed, developed, and operated to ensure that critical projects and initiatives are managed efficiently and align with the bank’s strategy.

VietBank is confident that its partnership with KPMG will provide a solid foundation for executing strategic projects in a structured and effective manner.

At the signing ceremony, Nguyen Huu Trung, deputy head of Strategy and Transformation Committee at VietBank, said, "This collaboration will enhance our internal operational processes and improve workforce productivity across all departments while significantly elevating service quality. VietBank aims to deliver modern financial products that meet diverse customer needs while providing the best possible service experience."
