Binh Dinh People's Committee received Timur Mohamed, chairman of Palmer Johnson Company, and Roland Staub, chairman of Finance Suisse investment fund on January 16.

"Binh Dinh is a rare place as it possesses all the necessary factors to become a top destination for super-luxury yachts and attract the international elite. Palmer Johnson is aiming to build an integrated tourism ecosystem, including international standard marinas, high-end coastal resorts, and high-class experience services," said Mohamed.

Staub also believes Binh Dinh has great potential to develop a super-luxury tourism model. "I will support a call for international capital and provide strategic advice to help Binh Dinh become a major destination for the international elite."

Palmer Johnson, headquartered in Monaco, has been designing and manufacturing sports yachts and super yachts in Europe and the United States for more than 100 years, and is looking for investment opportunities in super luxury tourism projects combining yachting and resort culture.

Finance Suisse has a global network and vast experience in developing financial services for high-end and super-high-end real estate projects in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Dubai.

The two investors, in cooperation with Lac Viet Group, a veteran of several real estate projects in Quy Nhon and Cat Tien, will conduct field surveys to assess the potential for high-end tourism development, especially in coastal areas with diverse, natural landscapes.

Tong Duc Hieu, chairman of Lac Viet Group, said, "This cooperation promises to be a turning point for tourism and luxury real estate in Binh Dinh. In addition to developing infrastructure, we aim to build a high-class lifestyle in Binh Dinh, including exclusive services such as yacht clubs, 5-star resorts, and high-class cultural and entertainment events," he said.
