Quảng Ngãi to have 10 industrial parks by 2030
The central province of Quảng Ngãi will develop 10 industrial parks (IPs) by 2030, according to the province’s plan for 2021-30 period with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính.

There will be six IPs in Dung Quất Economic Zone including Western Industrial Park, Đông Dung Quất Industrial Park, Bình Hoà-Bình Phước Industrial Park, Tịnh Phong Industrial Park, and two planned new zones that are Dung Quất II Industrial Park and Bình Thanh Industrial Park. Moreover, there are four IPs located outside the Dung Quất Economic Zone, including Phổ Phong Industrial Zone, Quảng Phú Industrial Zone, Bình Long Industrial Zone, and An Phú Industrial Zone.
According to the provincial People's Committee, the total area for development needs is 6,648ha.
It aims to develop and expand industrial parks with social and technological infrastructure systems in easily accessible areas that are connected to roads, rivers and seaports.
The province will construct a network of moderately sized IPs to utilise its advantages and potential. It would develop the effectiveness of attracting investments, especially with cutting-edge technology that contributes to environmentally sustainable and economic growth.
