BVBank launches 'Digibiz'

BVBank unveiled Digibiz, its tailor-made digital banking platform for businesses, on December 15. The launch marks a pivotal moment in the bank's strategy to become more accessible and forge closer relationships with its customers

Coupled with an overhauled brand identity, BVBank's latest venture is set to revolutionise customer experiences in the banking sector.

Digibiz is not merely an upgrade from the bank's earlier Viet Capital Biz mobile banking application, it represents a strategic shift towards establishing a specialised digital banking service, primarily catering to the needs of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro-SMEs.

The platform's modern, user-friendly interface is designed to offer businesses a swift and efficient digital banking experience. It facilitates the initiation and approval of transactions within two minutes, all through a single app, eliminating the need for physical bank visits.

One of the notable features of Digibiz is its integrated Smart OTP system, which streamlines transaction security. This feature allows for quick authentication without the need for external apps or SMS, providing a seamless and secure transaction experience.

Additionally, Digibiz offers various login methods, including password, fingerprint, and facial recognition, enhancing user accessibility and security. The platform also incorporates a direct-access customer support feature, allowing businesses to receive immediate assistance without visiting a bank branch.

Digibiz goes beyond digitising traditional banking operations. It offers a suite of new features for efficient transaction management, such as transaction tracking, scheduling approval reminders, and accessing loan and corporate card information. These features enable businesses to manage their operations effectively.

Additionally, Digibiz includes fully fledged traditional banking functionalities accessible online, like 24/7 money transfers, secure payroll processing, automated monthly bill payments, online fixed deposits with competitive interest rates, and quick QR code and phone number-based payments, particularly advantageous for retail and consumer goods firms.

To celebrate the launch, BVBank is offering a zero-fee business account packages, waiving transfer fees entirely within and outside its network to alleviate cost pressures for businesses. The bank is also providing a six-month Superior Cash Management Package, allowing businesses to save significantly on various service fees and reduce overdraft interest rates.

A BVBank spokesperson said, "Our mission to become more accessible and closer to our clients is fundamental. The launch of Digibiz, alongside our brand renewal, is part of our ongoing effort to enhance our services and add value to our customers' experiences. This platform is particularly aimed at supporting SMEs by offering them a range of convenient features and digitalising their banking transactions. At BVBank, our focus is on creating enduring value for businesses and contributing to their sustainable growth in the future."
