Novaland, NCB sign deal for mutual benefit

Novaland Group has signed an agreement with National Citizen Commercial Bank (NCB) that will bring better services to both companies’ customers by leveraging their strengths and potentials.

The bank will give the former’s individual customers preferential loans by designing attractive credit packages while its customers and staff will in turn get preferential offers when buying Novaland’s products.

The property company said: “The co-operation with NCB will help us diversify financial solutions, optimising customers’ interests. The signing ceremony marks a milestone, opening a new chapter for the co-operation between the two companies in future.”

Novaland Group operates in many sectors including real-estate, finance, destination creation, and transportation development.

It owns 5,000ha of land and has developed around 50 housing and hospitality projects that have brought to the market over 60,000 products and hundreds of amenities and healthcare, entertainment and culture works.

Consistent with its vision and long-term strategy, Novaland has been making all-out efforts to bring to the market high-end products that meet customers’ demands like luxury condos, town houses, villas, and second homes.

In addition to a housing project in HCM City and an eco-residential area, Aqua City, in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, the company is developing many hospitality projects to create attractive tourism destinations. They include NovaWorld Ho Tram in Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province, NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan Province, and NovaBeach Cam Ranh Resort & Villas in Khanh Hoa Province.

Following 25 years of development, NCB, which has total assets of over VND72 trillion, has become one of the famous names in the Vietnamese financial sector.

Key Novaland projects

Currently Novaland is developing the second phase of its business strategy with a focus on three main product categories: housing in the central areas of HCM City, property products in the city’s satellite areas and hospitality projects in tourism areas.

One of the most remarkable projects is NovaWorld Phan Thiet, the ‘World’s Beach City for Wellness,’ built at a cost of nearly US$5 billion.

Spread over an area of 1,000ha, the project has dozens of amenities like a

theme park and water park (run by Daemyung Sono, South Korea’s top leisure industry player), a 7,000-seat indoor Arenaart performance centre, an exclusive 36-hole PGA golf course, a 3,500-seat ATP tennis facility (in co-operation with the Vietnam Tennis Federation), a 42,195m marathon race track, outlets for discounted goods, an evening amusement-leisure-cuisine centre, the 16ha Bikini Beach sea park operated by the famous Finns Beach Club (Bali’s most beautiful and joyful sea club), prestigious hospitals, beauty salons, a training centre for nursing, tourism and hospitality, an international village, a retirement village, and over 20 hotels and resorts managed and operated by famous international brands.

The project is selling ocean second homes that promise buyers a return of VND2.3 billion on an investment of just VND2.8 billion. A 35-year golf membership package worth VND1.15 billion is offered besides 24 nights at NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas will also be offered.

The other project is NovaWorld Ho Tram in the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

NovaWorld Ho Tram also spreads over 1,000ha and will be built in over 10 phases. It is about 90 minutes by road from HCM City. In the projects are shophouses, villas, and townhouses.

Novaland is currently selling units in phases at The Tropicana and Wonderland.

NovaWorld Ho Tram will soon become the entertainment, shopping and food and beverage epicentre of the area.
