Thousands attend ‘Glowing NovaWorld Ho Tram’

Thousands of visitors from HCM City and elsewhere flocked to Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province to join the ‘Glowing NovaWorld Ho Tram’ event last week to be surprised by the new face of NovaWorld Ho Tram, a hospitality project developed by giant Novaland Group.

Glowing NovaWorld Ho Tram was organized on November 21 at the 1,000ha-NovaWorld Ho Tram in Xuyen Moc District.

The hospitality project is being developed in more than 10 phases. The two phases that are currently being sold are The Tropicana and Wonderland.

Many of the construction works have already been finished at The Tropicana, which will be soon operational to meet the vacation and entertainment demands of local visitors.

NovaWorld Ho Tram is only 90 minutues by road from HCM City, meaning many visitors came to the event very soon.

During the event, visitors had the chance to walk around the project and visit the ocean villas that are being finished now and will be soon handed over to buyers.

The developer has paid attention to creating green areas right from day one. Novaland said these areas would be a special feature of the project, also bringing occupants fresh air.

Seeing the rising trend of investing in a second home globally and in Viet Nam, Novaland has diversified the products available in The Tropicana. It now includes ocean-view villas, hill-view villas and ocean-view shophouses.

Each villa in The Tropicana has a unique design and become more eye-catching with beautiful landscaping around them. The large glass windows in the villas allow people inside to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Another phase, Wonderland, has been inspired by European architecture. Unlike The Tropicana, 50 per cent of the units in Wonderland will be shophouses. The first shophouses have been finished.

At the event, the sales gallery and quadridetached villa showhouses were opened to visitors.

Singer Doan Trang and her family, who joined the event early in the morning, said that NovaWorld Ho Tram has pioneered a new trend of developing ocean hospitality products that promise to fetch buyers big returns.

This is the reason why her family is considering buying a villa so that her family and friends can enjoy modern amenities every time they vacation there.

Nguyen Van Trung of HCM City said he heard about the event from his friend, but had studied the project through the media.

After attending the event, he decided to buy a villa.

“The villa matches the demand of people for second homes in future,” he said.

At the end of the event visitors joined a Sunset Cocktail party on the beach. It featured a concert by famous singers Bang Kieu and Nguyen Hong Nhung.

Kieu said he and many other singers have bought villas in NovaWorld Ho Tram.

Glowing NovaWorld Ho Tram attracted thousands of visitors.

In the future, many same programmes will be organised there with the participations of famous Vietnamese and foreign artists, promising to attract many visitors, especially young people.

Visitors to the event had a chance to look at and try many amenities like the 5,000sq.m ocean pool next to the sea.

Saigon Casa Café in the shophouse area has also become an interesting place for visitors and people living in surrounding areas since it opened in September.

NovaWorld Ho Tram has become a popular destination for many young people when they visit Ho Tram.

The Tropicana Park water park, food and beverage service, shopping areas, convenience stores will be opened.
