Once handed over in the third quarter of 2021, OfficeHaus will become the latest addition to Saigon’s premium residential and commercial township, providing a holistic living and working experience as part of a world-class 82-hectare development integrating residential, commercial, and public amenities within Celadon City’s lush greenery in Tan Phu district.

Designed by Korn Architects, a leading international architectural studio, Bauhaus-inspired OfficeHaus will revolutionise the way the city works: employers will have the peace of mind that comes with LEED Silver certification and quality design, as well as the space needed to maximise success and profits, while employees will find an enticing environment that exceeds even their most complex needs.

Thuy Nguyen, head of Leasing and Marketing at OfficeHaus said that, “We are excited to be able to deliver a LEED-certified, human-scale commercial real estate alternative outside of Ho Chi Minh City's downtown core. Together with the master developer Gamuda Land, we are committed to creating a truly groundbreaking project with contactless technology at its core, the likes of which the city has never seen before.”

“Having OfficeHaus as part of the township means adding value to our residents, many of whom will be able to simply walk to work, greatly improving their quality of life,“ said Angus Liew Bing Fooi, general director at Gamuda Land (HCMC) JSC. “We are happy to welcome the OfficeHaus team and together we aim to create an outstanding work environment that epitomises ’work-life balance’, offers flexible space, ease of access, and an environment that fosters productivity and happiness in equal measure,” he added.

With an experienced international team behind it, OfficeHaus marries German quality with functional design resulting in a future-proof concept blending sustainability, passion, and international standards. Silver LEED certificated and inspired by the minimalist and functional buildings of Bauhaus, OfficeHaus is the modern day answer to a burgeoning city’s needs. With the largest floorplates (more than 2,400 square etres) currently available in the market, the project delivers modern, efficient, inspirational spaces that help attract and retain sharp workforces while increasing productivity and efficiency, thereby reducing operational expenses.
