Hanwha Life Vietnam inks strategic partnership with YAN Financial to benefit customers

To diversify distribution channels for higher customer benefits, South Korean-backed Hanwha Life Vietnam has signed a strategic co-operation agreement with YAN Financial last Wednesday (October 8) to provide professional consultancy and distribute life insurance products.

According to the partnership cooperation, YAN Financial will become Hanwha Life Vietnam's partner in life insurance products distribution, through YAN Finance’s channel. The cooperation is expected to create a comprehensive and widespread financial distribution channel as well as to deliver more added values to customers. Furthermore, it also helps Hanwha Life Vietnam to diversify and expand distribution channels through corporate agency besides the existing channels, including bancassurance and traditional agents.

Delivering a speech at the signing ceremony, Dao Duy Ninh, chief sales strategy officer of Hanwha Life Vietnam said that network expansion and distribution channels diversification was always important an goal for the life insurance company. The purpose of cooperation with YAN Financial was not out of Hanwha Life Vietnam’s desire to help customers approach advanced finance products easily and professionally.

Nguyen Thi Yen, chairwoman of YAN Financial Vietnam said that the strategic partnership remarked a milestone between YAN Financial and Hanwha Life Vietnam. This is a long-term strategic connection under the motto of win-win and delivering more values and benefits to customers. In the upcoming time, YAN Financial will focus on expanding our business network in big cities such as Hanoi, Danang, Can Tho, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Up to now, the Korean life insurer is diligently working on diversifying distribution channels and network expansion. The company has teamed up with Woori Bank, one of Korea’s top banks in Vietnam in 2017 as well as various other corporate agencies such as TCA, Movin, BOM Finance, The World Link, and the latest, YAN Financial.

Although the life insurance industry has been impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic since the beginning of the year, Hanwha Life Vietnam is still one of the leading companies in network expansion and sustainable growth. Recently, Hanwha Life Vietnam has put Binh Thanh Sales Office and Customer Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Xoai Sales Office in Binh Phuoc province into operation.

Currently, Hanwha Life Vietnam has more than 170 customer service centres and it plans to have more than 180 customer service centres nationwide by the end of 2020. Hanwha Life Vietnam has more than 44,000 financial advisors, 400 employees, serving more than 600,000 customers nationwide.
