VINGROUP Joint Stock Company announces the record date for bond interest payment and principal payment as follows:

-       Bond name:         VIC032019 Bond

-       Bond symbol:      VIC11707

-       Bond type:           corporate bond

-       Par value:            100,000 VND/bond

-       Record date:        March 18, 2019

-       Purpose: to pay the fourth bond interest installment (from and including September 30, 2018 to but excluding March 31, 2019) and pay the principal of VIC11707 bond.

-       Interest rate:        10.7%/year

-       Payment amount: 105,439.167 VND/bond

-       Payment date:      April 01, 2019 (because March 31, 2019 is not a work day) 

-       Place of payment:

  • Bondholders whose securities have been deposited: the bondholders will fulfill procedures to receive bond principal and interest at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
  • Bondholders whose securities have not been deposited: The bond principal and interest will be paid to the bondholders’ accounts that were registered with Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company on April 01, 2019.
