Sungroup to introduce models of Phu Quoc projects

Realty developer Sungroup will introduce models of villas and apartments of two ongoing projects on Phu Quoc Island in Ha Noi, and HCM City, on July 23 and July 24.

During the events, customers will see the villas of the Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort and apartments of Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay in Khem Beach and Ong Doi Cape in the southern province of Kien Giang.

The group has designed both projects in such a way that from any angle the villas and apartment give residents a view of the sea, the group representative said.

"They will feel no distance with the sea as the inner space is opened up through the transparent glass doors from floor to ceiling. Utilities at the world-class resort include a 5-star infinity pool system, restaurant as well as modern leisure facilities.

More importantly, owners of the villas in Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort will have the chance to join a 10-year investment programme with the minimum rental returns of 9 per cent by letting Sungroup manage their villas. Owners of the apartments in Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay also have the same investment opportunities for nine years.

Along with attractive returns, owners will enjoy a holiday exchange programme with free 15 nights a year in the group's hotel and villas system.

On two event days, buyers of villas will get a VND200 million voucher each while buyers of apartment will get VND50 million voucher.

According to Sungroup, they will support investors in getting the best loans from banks for their purchase.

This September, the group will complete and launch its Phu Quoc JW Marriott Resort & Spa Emerald Bay. Together, with the ongoing work of a cable system and a marine amusement parks in Hon Thom Island, Sungroup aims to make Phu Quoc Island an international-level haven for resorts and recreation so that the island will become a magnet for tourists in the future.
