Italian President considers Ariston typical successful Italian enterprise in Vietnam

During his official visit to Vietnam at the beginning of November 2015, Italian President Sergio Mattarella appraised Ariston Thermo Vietnam as a typical Italian enterprise that has gained great success in Vietnam.

Ariston Thermo Vietnam is part of Ariston Thermo Group, one of the world's leading companies in thermic comfort.

The president highly appreciates Ariston as the most typical model for a successful Italian enterprise in Vietnam as well as in Ariston Group’s operation network in Southeast Asia – Pacific with outstanding business achievements for the past 27 years.

This is the second consecutive year of 2014 – 2015 that Ariston Thermo Vietnam gained strong appreciation from two Italian heads of state namely the prime minister and the president for its contribution to the industry development in particular, Vietnam’s economy in general, helping to promote trade, service and culture exchange between the two countries.

“It is our great honour to be appraised by Italian President Sergio Mattarella. We have a long-term commitment to Vietnam’s market and we will expand our investment on a large scale to make us closer to Vietnamese consumers as well as sustain our position as No.1 water heater brand in the industry,” said Francesco Stefanelli, chairman of Ariston Thermo Vietnam.

Ariston shines in Vietnam not only as a No.1 water heater brand but also as a key player in Italian business community in Vietnam.

As of October 2015, Ariston Thermo Vietnam sustains a spectacular growth at a double-digit pace – the top peak during its 27 years of presence in Vietnam. This outstanding business achievement firmly demonstrates the growth capacity of a typical Italian enterprise overcoming sluggish economy.

Apart from leading the water heating industry, Ariston Thermo Vietnam is a bright star in Ariston Thermo Group’s investment map in Asia Pacific.

The company is the group’s key exporter of water heaters to Southeast Asia’s markets and has the Asia-second-largest plant with a total capacity of one million products per year. In spite of sluggish economy, Ariston Thermo Vietnam has steadily strengthened its “bright star” position with an ongoing dramatic growth and a continuous expansion.
