HDBank wins award for most trusted bank, best service bank

HDBank was named "the most prestigious bank" and "the bank with the best customer service" in 2015 by the Viet Nam Economics Times newspaper on November 6.

The bank won the best customer service award last year as well.

The result was based on a one-year survey of more than 490,000 readers nationwide through direct and online surveys about trusted brands. Voting was based on criteria such as product and service quality, after-sale services, and customer choices and plans on purchasing and using services in the future.

With more than 220 branches in the country, HDBank is one of the biggest joint stock banks in Viet Nam.
