Dhipaya Insurance expands services in southern Laos

Dhipaya Insurance Lao Co., Ltd. is expanding its business and quality of service to cover all the country.

The company led by Managing Director Mr Boochai Boonyanurak, in cooperation with the Agriculture Promotion Bank, on Saturday held a training session on insurance services and life insurance for staff of the bank's branches in southern Laos, in Champassak province.

A total of 105 staff from Champassak, Saravan, Xekong, Attapeu and Savannakhet provinces were in attendance.

The training focused on developing knowledge of insurance services and life insurance, service systems and providing information to customers thereby guaranteeing quality and professionalism.

Through the training, participants increased their understanding, got a clearer picture of the products available and readied themselves to serve customers interested in insurance and life insurance.

Dhipaya is the first insurance company from Thailand to be operating in Laos and the company is keen to enhance the provision of knowledge and understanding to employees for the benefit of its customers.

The company considers insurance and life insurance as important components in human development and the sustainable development of Lao society.

The company also organised training for staff in the northern provinces, which took place in Luang Prabang province in the middle of last month.
