Three international exhibitions open in HCM City

Three international exhibitions, Paper Vietnam, Rubber & Tyre Vietnam, and Coating Expo Vietnam, opened in HCM City on June 10.

 

The three-day expos have attracted the participation of more than 150 companies from 16 countries and territories, including India, Japan, the Netherlands, Malaysia, China, the UK, the US, South Korea, and Viet Nam.

They not only showcase a wide range of machinery, equipment, and products used in the paper and pulp industry, rubber and tyre industry and the fields of coating, dyeing, and inking, but would also feature several seminars, Phan Thi Thanh Minh, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the south, said.

It would offer Vietnamese businesses a good opportunity to network, promote trade, get technologies and co-operate with leading international companies in their fields, contributing to boosting the paper, rubber, coatings, and printing industries, she said.

Organised by the Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services Co., Ltd, CNCIC China and CNCIC India, the exhibitions at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre are expected to get 3,000 visitors.
