Two foreign funds seek to sell VNM shares

Two foreign funds, including Viet Nam Enterprise Investment and Amersham Industries, have registered to sell 13.4 million shares of Vinamilk (VNM), accounting for 1.6 per cent of outstanding Vinamilk's shares, from December 11 to January 9, 2014.

Viet Nam Enterprise Investment was seeking to sell 8.8 million shares and Amersham Industries 4.6 million shares.

If the deal is approved, the holding of Viet Nam Enterprise Investment would be reduced from its current 2.34 per cent to 1.29 per cent, while the stake of Amersham decreases to 1.44 per cent from 1.99 per cent.
