Agriculture printing & packaging JSC announces Board Resolution approved on 25/10/2012 as follows:

  1. Results of the issue:

- Offering volume: 2,700,000 shares

- Distributed shares: 2,412,690 shares

- Undistributed shares: 287,310 shares

  1. Method for undistributed and odd shares:

- Offering volume: 287,310 shares

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Subjects to be offerred: (1)oustanding shareholders at the record date: 05/09/2012; (2) Manager of the Company

- Time for registration: from 25/10/2012 to 31/10/2012

- In case the number of shares shareholders registered to buy larger than number of remaining undistributed shares shall be calculated as follows:

Number of shares to be purchased = Number of shares registered to buy X % Undistributed shares/ Number of shares registered to buy
