US reviews trade defence duties on Vietnamese solar panels, honey and woven bags
The reviews cover solar panels exported from late 2024 through May 2026, and raw honey and woven bags exported between June 2025 and May 2026.

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has initiated administrative reviews of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on three groups of products imported from Việt Nam: solar panels, raw honey and woven bags, following requests from interested parties, according to the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (Trav) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The reviews cover solar panels exported from late 2024 through May 2026, and raw honey and woven bags exported between June 2025 and May 2026.
They are expected to cover Vietnamese companies that exported the products concerned to the US during the respective periods. Companies that did not export the products during the review periods are required to notify the DOC within 30 days of the initiation notices.
The DOC will select mandatory respondents based on export volumes, using data from US Customs and Border Protection.
The US agency is expected to issue final determinations by June 30 next year.
Trav has urged affected businesses to keep updated on the proceedings, respond fully and accurately to requests from US authorities, and maintain close coordination with the agency throughout the reviews to safeguard their legitimate interests.
