Stavian Industrial Park gets approval for Khánh Hòa industrial park project

Stavian Industrial Park has officially been approved as the investor for the Ninh Thọ Industrial Park project in central Khánh Hòa Province, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion of industrial infrastructure development in the south-central coastal region.

The approval, granted on Monday by the Management Board of Khánh Hòa Economic Zone and Industrial Parks, clears the way for Stavian Industrial Park to move forward with investment implementation, technical infrastructure construction and secondary investor attraction for the project.

Ninh Thọ Industrial Park covers an area of more than 3,000,000sq.m and is located in Bắc Ninh Hòa Commune, with a total investment capital of nearly VNĐ4 trillion. Of this amount, the investor’s equity contribution accounts for nearly VNĐ600 billion, while mobilised capital exceeds VNĐ3.2 trillion. The project has an operating term of 70 years.

The project benefits from a strategic location near seaport areas and Vân Phong Economic Zone – one of Khánh Hòa Province’s key industrial and logistics development hubs. It is also oriented toward attracting processing and manufacturing industries, supporting industries and high value-added production sectors.

As Khánh Hòa Province accelerates investment promotion associated with the digital economy, green economy, innovation and digital transformation, Ninh Thọ IP is expected to create new momentum for local industrial development. The project also aligns with the province’s orientation to attract large-scale and high-impact investment projects that contribute to boosting growth in the next few years.

For Stavian Industrial Park, the IP is a new addition to the company’s industrial infrastructure development portfolio, further expanding its presence in the area. The project not only expands the company’s industrial land portfolio, but also demonstrates its capability in developing large-scale industrial infrastructure projects with long-term operational potential and the ability to attract diverse manufacturing industries.

The development of Ninh Thọ IP is expected to support further manufacturing investment attraction, strengthen Stavian Industrial Park’s industrial infrastructure development capacity, and contribute positively to local economic restructuring and sustainable industrial development in the years ahead.
