Hyatt is set to bring its new Wink Unscripted brand to Việt Nam’s capital with the opening of Wink Hanoi Westlake in 2027, offering a fresh blend of functional quality, bold design, tech-driven features and highly sustainable stays, all underpinned by Hyatt’s global standards of care and service.

Located at 18 Thụy Khuê, the hotel will feature 406 keys, including 287 hotel rooms and 119 Wink Residences Unscripted by Hyatt. The property will mark the capital debut of the Unscripted by Hyatt brand.

Việt Nam’s tourism sector continues to demonstrate strong momentum. Data from the General Statistics Office shows the country has consistently welcomed over two million international visitors per month in early 2026, while Hà Nội received nearly nine million visitors in the first quarter, including 2.4 million international arrivals, an increase of 28.7 per cent year on year.

"Despite ongoing global volatility, the brand is confident that Hà Nội remains well positioned to attract both domestic and international travellers, and Wink Hanoi Westlake, Unscripted by Hyatt is set to deliver distinctive, memorable and immersive experiences for every guest,” said Peter Ryder, Executive Chairman, Indochina Capital.

Wink Hanoi Westlake, Unscripted by Hyatt is being developed by Indochina Kajima and Newtatco, with construction by Viteccons. It will be the seventh hotel within the Wink Unscripted by Hyatt portfolio, following Wink Saigon Centre, two hotels in Đà Nẵng, and properties in Hải Phòng, Tuy Hòa and Cần Thơ.
