With over 5,000 young Vietnamese participants and 70 partner countries across the globe, Global Talent has created a strong positive impact, contributing to enhancing the competitiveness and international vision of Việt Nam's young generation.

The programme provides over 300 diverse internship positions in the fields of engineering, information technology, business, and marketing, helping participants develop professional skills and important leadership skills such as self-awareness, empowerment, and problem-solving. Participating in Global Talent, young people directly test themselves in multinational working environments, enhancing their adaptability and creative thinking, preparing for careers in the context of globalisation.

Over 150 global partner enterprises have highly appreciated the role of Global Talent in connecting quality international human resources, helping enterprises recruit effectively and build multicultural working environments. They recognise that the programme helps save time and recruitment costs, while strengthening employer branding in the era of globalisation.

Enterprises partnering with Global Talent will receive dedicated support in the process of searching for suitable talent, developing a diverse company culture, and integrating internationally in a systematic and effective manner.

Global Talent currently offers both in-person and online internship formats, with attractive salary support policies to reduce the financial burden on interns, while ensuring the quality of experience and work results.

AIESEC was established in 1948, operating in over 110 countries and territories. In Việt Nam, AIESEC is present in major cities with the mission of developing leadership potential in young people through international exchange programmes and practical experiences, aiming towards the goal of developing youth leadership capabilities through volunteer exchanges and real-world environment experiences for young people around the world.
