The Vietnam International Sports and Outdoor Exhibition and Vietnam International Two-wheel Exhibition have brought together more than 350 enterprises from 15 countries and territories with their latest innovations in sportswear, outdoor and leisure, fitness and healthcare, and sporting goods and facilities.

The highlight of the Vietnam Sport Show is the China Sports Expo with over 50 enterprises from Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, and Zhejiang provinces showing off their modern sports and training equipment and high-performance apparel.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyễn Hồng Minh, deputy director of the Sports Authority of Việt Nam, said this “highly anticipated” event offers opportunities to connect, collaborate and get updated on the latest global trends in sports and entertainment.

As consumer spending on sports increases steadily, the industry is witnessing the expansion of equipment manufacturers, distributors, gyms, training centres, and e-sports platforms,he said.

The exhibition is a demonstration of the deep global integration of Việt Nam’s sports industry, he added.

The Vietnam Cycle Expo is a dedicated exhibition for bicycles, e-bikes and related accessories.

The expos, organised by VINEXAD at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre will go on until August 16.
