KinderWorld reaffirms its investment commitment in Dong Nai

KinderWorld International Group reinforces its commitment to a long-term investment in Dong Nai at an event on March 28.

The event was held by Dong Nai People’s Committee with the participation of local leaders and hundreds of foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs). This annual event serves as a platform to discuss investment opportunities, operational challenges, and exchange information on investment policies and incentives in the region.

Ricky Tan, chairman of KinderWorld International Group (KIG), shared his testimonial on KIG’s investment in Dong Nai, emphasising its commitment to providing premium international education programmes.

“I am glad to announce the official opening of our first Singapore International School (SIS) in Dong Nai this August. We are proud to be the first foreign investor to bring international education programmes to Dong Nai – a province with a growing population and significant economic growth," he said. "With a total investment of about VND330 billion ($12.9 million), we are committed to supporting the province’s development by strengthening its appeal to FIEs and growing expatriate community, particularly professionals commuting between Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai."

Overall perspective of SIS @ SwanBay, Dong Nai, scheduled for operations in August 2025

KIG’s investment in Dong Nai is cemented by the establishment of SIS @ SwanBay. The school campus is located on a 2.5-hectare site in Nhon Trach with a capacity of 1,500 students. Upon completion, the school will be equipped with world-class facilities, strategically designed to enrich our students' educational experiences, fostering both academic and extracurricular development.

Students have the option of studying the international programme, which closely follows the curriculum standards of Singapore and Cambridge, or the integrated programme, which combines the Ministry of Education and Training's subjects and a range of international courses and soft skills training.

Recognising the strong development potential of the province and the increasing demand for international education, the group is working with Dong Nai People's Committee to source potential locations to develop an Outward Bound Vietnam Mixed Education Development which encompasses an outdoor experiential education concept.
