Property developer Gamuda Land has affirmed its commitment to introducing more high-quality properties with flexible payment policies.

At a ceremony to recognise the contributions of real estate brokerage firms that have partnered with Celadon City in HCM City’s western market, the company’s leadership team expressed appreciation for the enthusiasm and dedication of their brokerage partners.

With the theme “Speed to Lead”, the event attracted over 1,500 sales professionals from 35 distribution agencies who have been actively driving market growth in the region.

During the event, Gamuda Land’s sales policies received widespread acclaim from its distribution network.

A representative from one of the participating distribution agencies, shared: "With luxury apartments in HCM City currently priced at a minimum of VNĐ7 billion (US$273,117), Gamuda Land’s flexible payment policy offers an exceptional opportunity for middle-class families with personal savings of VNĐ2-3 billion to plan their finances and become residents of a fully completed high-end apartment.

As an agency with extensive experience in distributing premium projects, we recognise that such opportunities are becoming extremely rare in the market. Once this information was announced, not only were agencies excited, but our clients immediately showed strong interest, and our company’s booking system quickly registered new reservations.”

Celadon City is known as a model urban development with meticulous planning in HCM City’s western district. It features a sustainable, eco-friendly design that respects and preserves biodiversity while offering residents exceptional amenities. One highlight is Diamond Centery, a subdivision that Gamuda Land has strategically developed with ultra-luxury amenities, ensuring it delivers a true "home resort" experience—a rare offering in one of Vietnam’s largest metropolitan areas.

In addition to its premium residences, Diamond Centery provides exclusive services designed for resort-style daily living, including resort-standard swimming pools for adults and children; virtual reality golf training area; a luxury spa and wellness centre; cigar lounge; and Chef’s choice kitchen.

Gamuda Land’s recent event left a strong impression, showcasing stunning visuals of Celadon City while energising the western HCM City apartment market in early 2025. At the same time, the area is experiencing a wave of positive developments, as several major infrastructure projects have been completed.

Key projects such as the T3 Terminal at Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport, the anticipated launch of Metro Line 2 (Bến Thành – Tham Lương), and the planned Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in Tân Phú District along the metro line are all contributing to the rising appeal of the western district—a key driver in HCM City’s ongoing real estate recovery.

Located in the heart of Tan Phu District, Celadon City spans 82 hectares and is the most prominent urban development in HCM City’s western region. It features one of the largest parks in the city.
