The bank's head office is located at 72 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, according to the SBV.

All rights and benefits of customers are upheld. To celebrate the new brand identity, Vikki Digital Bank will roll out a series of promotional programmes for existing and new customers.

Vikki Digital Bank is the first new-generation digital bank which seamlessly blends the most advanced technologies with its network of branches and transaction offices. The digital bank offers myriad services ranging from banking to finance, investment, insurance, travel, and shopping.

Thanks to its cutting-edge technologies and extensive network, Vikki Digital Bank offers customers a modern, convenient, safe, and secure experience.

This marks an important milestone in the digital era, initiating a new journey of stability and sustainable development for the bank. The move promises to bring better benefits to employees, partners, customers, and the wider community.

On January 17, the SBV announced a decision to implement the mandatory transfer of DongA Bank to Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) under a plan approved by the government. Following the transfer, DongA Bank will operate as a single-member limited liability bank fully owned by HDBank.

DongA Bank will remain an independent legal entity and will not consolidate its financial reports with HDBank. It will be managed and supported by HDBank to gradually restore operations and improve its financial position.
