TTB: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1067/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TTB stock of TTBGroup Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: The company was late in submitting Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2024 for over 45 days;
- Other reason: The company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statement 2023 for over 45 days;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, TTBGroup Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No.555/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024.
