Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction (HDO)
Following Decision No. 1050/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HDO stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction registration: The company is late in submitting its audited semi-annual financial report for 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed.
- Other reason: The company did not hold an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years; The auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the 2019 financial statements; the company was late in submitting the semi-annual financial statements for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023; the company had negative equity in the 2019 audited financial statements
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Notice of stock status (HDO)
On 04/10/2024, HNX announces the status of Hung Dao Container JSC’s shares (stock code: HDO) as follows:
- HDO shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has not held an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 years; The auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the 2019 financial statements; The company that are late in submitting semi-annual financial reports for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 that have been reviewed more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations; The company has negative equity in its 2019 audited financial statements at Point a, b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HDO shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company has no measures to remedy the cause of the shares being placed in restricted trading at Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
