GAB: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 1047/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of GAB stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Another reason/Other reasons: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2023 and Audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, the company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On October 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: GAB) as follows:
- GAB shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1047/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024 due to the reasons that the company is late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and 2024 as well as Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure according to the regulations on information disclosure according to Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange. The stock is only traded on Friday every week from the day it is put out of trading suspension;
- GAB shares are under alert according to Decision No. 716/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024 due to the reason that the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises so it belonged to the cases under Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- GAB shares are put under trading suspension according to Decision No. 754/QD-SGDHN dated 12/07/2023 because it is forced to be delisted because of serious breach of information disclosure regulations according to Point o Clause 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 so it belonged to the cases under Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of Regulations on Registration and Management of Transactions of Unlisted Securities.
