6. Reason:
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 7.76%/share (shareholders receive VND776 for every share they own), in which:
+ Dividend payment in cash 2023: Exercise rate 6.62%/share (shareholders receive VND662 for every share they own);
+ Paying the unpaid 2009 after-tax profit that is temporarily monitored on the Development Investment Fund according to the Plan for handling the recommendations of the Ministry of Finance Inspectorate approved by the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Resolution No. 01/NQ-PVBLD dated May 15, 2024: Exercise rate 1.14%/share (shareholders receive VND114 for every share they own).
          - Exercise date: 27/09/2024
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Head office of Petro Vietnam Building and Commercial JSC on working days from 27/09/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
