According to the organisers, the "Developer of the Decade" will honour developers who consistently demonstrated excellence and innovation throughout the past decade.

To enter this award category, developers must meet certain conditions like winning the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards in the past, completing at least five projects in the past ten years and having at least one new project in 2024.

Other new categories added include investment properties, nature-integrated properties and sales galleries.

This year's awards pay special attention to social responsibility, with ESG awards to honour developers who excel in sustainable design, sustainable construction and energy efficiency, and have a positive impact on society.

Other accolades remain unchanged for Best Developer, Best Breakthrough Developer, Best Housing Development, and Best Condo Architectural Design and others.

Organised annually since 2015 by PropertyGuru Group, the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards are part of a Pan-Asian series that covers more than ten markets across the Asia-Pacific.

According to the organisers, the awards aim to improve standards and quality in the real estate industry, honour pioneering property projects and developers across the country and create opportunities for developers to demonstrate their capabilities and introduce quality projects.

Submissions are being accepted online at asiapropertyawards.com until August 23, and a gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony will be held in HCM City on November 15.
