World Lin Chamber of Commerce seeks investment potential in Cambodia

World Lin Chamber of Commerce (WLCC) is seeking investment potential in Cambodia in various areas, such as construction, real estate, agriculture, green energy, health, and so on.

The information was shared by visiting WLCC World President Mr. Tan Sri Dato Lim Soon Peng, who led a delegation to pay a courtesy call to Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh yesterday.

Mr. Tan Sri Dato Lim Soon Peng highlighted the numerous benefits of investing in Cambodia. He praised the country’s rapid development, high economic growth, peace, and political stability, all creating a favourable environment for investors.

The WLCC will cooperate with the Lin Trade Association in Cambodia to organize a conference in November this year, with the participation of about 1,000 to 2,000 WLCC members, to establish connections and explore opportunities and potential for investment in Cambodia.

For his part, Dr. Hun Manet welcomed the investment interest of WLCC’s companies and briefed the delegation on the laws, policies, and key mechanisms to support investment in Cambodia.

The Cambodian Premier, Dr. Hun Manet, expressed his full support for the WLCC’s initiative to hold a conference in Cambodia in November. His endorsement not only underscores the Chamber’s credibility but also augurs well for the success of the conference in attracting potential investors.

Premier Hun Manet hoped that more investors would participate in this conference to explore investment opportunities in Cambodia.
