SGB: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate (30%)

On March 14, 2024, Sai Gon Bank for Industry and Trade (SGB) announced Official Dispatch No. 1070/SGB-HDQT-CV on maximum foreign ownership rate as follow:

On March 13, 2024, Sai Gon Bank for Industry and Trade (SGB) received Official Dispatch No.1515/UBCK-PTTT from State Securities Commission (SSC), in which SSC received documents on maximum foreign ownership rate of SGB at 30% per the regulations of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government of the detailed regulations to implement several articles of the Securities Law.
