Masterise Homes top out LUMIÈRE Boulevard apartments

Masterise Homes hosted the topping out ceremony of LUMIÈRE Boulevard in Ho Chi Minh City yesterday. The event marks the progress of the project towards completion and, eventually, handover.

Situated in a prime location at the heart of Grand Park, Belt Road 3, LUMIÈRE Boulevard is one of the most anticipated projects in the eastern region of Ho Chi Minh City. The project features unique 3D green architecture, making it a pioneering project with vertical green spaces covering the buildings.

LUMIÈRE Boulevard's five towers will feature 24 vertical gardens spreading from the ground floor to the rooftop. Combined with on-site gardens and impressive decorations, the development will be home to large green spaces with a total area of 4 hectares. The green landscape will generate 124 million litres of oxygen per year, creating a clean and cool atmosphere all year round for residents.

The towers themselves also draw design inspiration from nature, taking cues from different trees and flowers like Angelica, Bayan, Camellia, Daisy, and Erica, which promote wellbeing and positivity. The structures of the towers have been completed, with just the facade and interiors now in the process of being completed.

The topping-out milestone can be attributed to the effective collaboration between Masterise Homes and its world-renowned partners. Among them, Tange is behind the architectural design while Land Sculptor oversees landscape design. HBA Studio is the interior design company, while Mace is responsible for construction supervision and management, and Delta is the construction contractor. The partners have spent millions of hard-working hours to progress the project and ensure commitments are met.

Speaking at the topping-out ceremony, Mahdi Samhouri, deputy director of the Project Development and Design Divisions said, “With a steadfast spirit and commitment to progress, we have accelerated the construction to achieve this important milestone. This is a testament to the capacity and construction progress of Masterise Homes".

Once complete, LUMIÈRE Boulevard promises to be one of the most vibrant living spaces in the city. Its residents will enjoy the amenities of the nearby mega urban area including schools, an international hospital, shopping mall, office buildings and a park. There are also a slew of amenities exclusive to LUMIÈRE Boulevard, like a 65-metre swimming pool in the shape of a spaceship, a jacuzzi lake, sporting and exercise areas, BBQ facilities, and outdoor cinema. The project will also feature amenities for the physical and mental wellbeing of young people, such as herb and botanical gardens, a children's playground area, fountains, a kite flying area, a children's swimming pool, and a lazy river.

LUMIÈRE Boulevard’s apartments are scheduled to be completed ready for hand over, fitted with high-end appliances from renowned brands, later this year.
