Topping out ceremony for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi

Masterise Homes hosted the topping out ceremony of The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Hanoi last week. The event marks a milestone in the luxury residence market, bringing the opportunity for a lifestyle with the legendary Ritz-Carlton service closer to the capital.

 

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi at The Grand is located in the heart of the prestigious Hoan Kiem district, along the popular Hang Bai road and near Hoan Kiem Lake, one of the city’s most beloved landmarks.

The anticipated 104-unit branded residences offer a new benchmark for fine living for the discerning few. Once completed, these homes will be Vietnam's first Ritz-Carlton branded residences and the fifth in Asia Pacific following Singapore, Bangkok, Colombo and Kuala Lumpur.

The residences feature two buildings,The Crown and The Heritage. The structures are now complete and both have been topped out. The construction progress has been achieved at an accelerated pace after more than a million hours of manpower and collaboration between Masterise Homes, their development partners, consultants, contractors, and Marriott International.

Ongoing inspections of the interior of the two buildings will ensure alignment with the design and global standards of The Ritz-Carlton team, which includes award-winning architects, designers, and project management consultants from GroupGSA, HBA and Artelia.

Naved Agha, deputy head of Project Development at Masterise Homes, spoke at the ceremony, saying, “Today marks a milestone in our vision of bringing a new level of luxury to the capital. This development will become a true landmark of Hanoi, marrying the best modern amenities with historic workmanship and design. Buyers will receive elevated residences that comply with the strict standards of The Ritz-Carlton, giving you the signature look and feel that have made the brand legendary."

In line with the long-standing tradition of excellence synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton, homeowners will be able to enjoy world-class amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, kid’s club and theatre, complemented by the legendary service from the staff at The Residences.

Over the next few months, Italian Fit Out, the interior design and fit-out company based in Milan, will complete a showroom unit, so potential buyers can experience the sophisticated and luxurious décor.
