The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the Ba Dinh District People’s Committee, launched another showroom on November 15 at Phuc Hau Mart, Vinh Phuc Ward, Ba Dinh District.

The Phuc Hau Mart store offers some 70 four- or five-star rated OCOP products and other Vietnamese consumer favorites from 19 enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities, as well as 60 fresh fruit and vegetable products and specialties from Hanoi and the provinces.

Speaking at the event's opening ceremony, deputy director of the municipal Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen The Hiep said Hanoi leads the country in the number of OCOP products, with nearly 1,650 classified products from 426 enterprises, cooperatives, and business households across the capital.

In addition, the city has collaborated with other cities and provinces to present Hanoi's products and send working groups to localities to exchange experiences in managing and operating OCOP showrooms.

The city has 60 showrooms displaying OCOP products from 25 provinces and cities, which are located in 26 districts and towns, according to Hiep.

He called on district authorities to support local enterprises in developing showroom networks.

Deputy Chairman of the district People's Committee Co Nhu Dung said the locality has actively cooperated with relevant units to expand the showroom network and has opened seven showrooms promoting OCOP products.
