Cash flows into eco-smart Aqua City
Cash flows into eco-smart Aqua City
The east of Ho Chi Minh City continues to be one of the most exciting growth dimensions of the city's real estate market this year with large-scale projects benefiting from arterial roads and receiving great attention from investors.
Limited housing supply and increasing demand are pushing large-scale and well-planned land funds to increase their value. A recent report by Savills Vietnam has noted the trend of expanding investment in satellite cities in the context of a scarce housing supply in Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, compound and complex urban areas with a high density of green space and full of utilities are leading the market.
Commenting on the change in behaviour of investors today, Ginny Nguyen, senior manager of Savills Residential Sale Ho Chi Minh City, said that more investors want to move to larger properties.
In addition, they also look for properties with lots of green and private space in less densely populated areas. The luxury villa products in Aqua City that met these conditions were sold out at the time of introduction.
Explaining the reason for buying a living space in Aqua City's smart ecological urban area during her first visit to this project, Phan Thi Thu Thuy, CEO of ADPHAR Co., Ltd. shared, “Working in the health care sector, I focus on my living environment. I was really impressed when I arrived at Aqua City. It's a prime location with a methodical development vision. Aqua City is smartly planned, exciting anyone who comes here and creating a strong desire to own a property.”
The driving force behind investors also comes from the potential for price increases in the east of Ho Chi Minh City thanks to the range of key infrastructure projects that are underway.
Notably, the project to expand the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay expressway and the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway. Ring Road 3 – the driving force of development for the whole region – has recently been approved by the National Assembly and will be implemented soon.
On the construction site of Long Thanh International Airport, thousands of engineers and workers are rushing to put the first phase into operation by 2025.
In addition, the Vam Cai Sut bridge and the Huong Lo 2 road project are expected to be finished in 2023. From here, the route connecting Bien Hoa centre to the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay highway will open, bringing significant growth opportunities for the whole area around the Dong Nai riverside corridor.
A magnet for real estate investment
Spreading along the Dong Nai riverside route and located right in front of Huong Lo 2 road that directly connects National Highway 51 and the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay highway, Aqua City is becoming a new symbol for the high-class ecological living standard of the east of the city. It has become a destination for entertainment, recreation, and relaxation for the whole region.
The highlight of Aqua City comes from the modern and complete utility ecosystem that includes a complex of squares, Aqua Marina, Garden Palace, Aqua Central Mall, Aqua Sport, and Aqua City Resort by Fusion.
Leading the trend of smart city development around the world, Aqua City deploys a smart city model in urban management and operation. The multi-layer security system helps ensure a safe living environment for residents.
Being both an ideal place to live and an asset with great profit potential, Aqua City's townhouses and shophouse villas are spreading the heat not only in the south but also across the whole region.
Appreciating the advantages and potential benefits of Aqua City, Nguyen Van Dat from Nam Dinh province, who owns a villa to live in and a shop villa for investment commented, "Aqua City has a lot of potential of price increase thanks to the methodical planning and well-connected infrastructure system."
