The 9 Stellars, a project invested in by the Ngan Thanh Joint Stock Company and developed by SonKim Land Corporation, won distinguished prizes at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022-2023.

The 9 Stellars won the following prizes: Outstanding apartment/apartment building in Vietnam; Best residential complex architecture in Vietnam; Best residential area project in Vietnam; Best high-rise building architecture in Vietnam; and Best high-rise building project in Vietnam. Notably, The 9 Stellars was also recommended for two prizes of the international round: Best high-rise building project in Asia Pacific; and Best residential area project in Asia Pacific. SonKim Land has been honored at the Asia Pacific Property Awards for five consecutive years, building its reputation in the region.
