The ceremony took place over the weekend at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in the UK. The event was one of the largest and the most credible awards in the real estate industry that aims to honour the leading developers, projects, and designers in the Asia-Pacific region.

This year, the Asia Pacific Property Awards received more than 1,000 entries for the regional round from residential and commercial projects throughout Asia-Pacific.
The awards are appraised and certified by an independent jury of more than 100 members who are leading experts in the industry.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
