Chestertons further expands Asian coverage

Real estate agency Chestertons today announced combining their 200-year-old brand with a boutique local offering as they expand into Vietnam.

Initially based in Ho Chi Minh City, Chestertons will establish a full-service real estate agency in Vietnam with a research and consultancy approach to industrial services and a new methodology for office tenant and landlord representation.

These services are enhanced with global expertise in international property sales and their private office platform to provide clients with unique standards.

Vietnam represents the next stage of the agency’s significant global growth and further strengthens its position in Asia.

Due to launch in May and headed by Tam Nguyen in the position of principal and Tony Picon as executive director, the new team comprises real estate professionals with years of proven expertise in their respective fields, specialising in commercial and industrial property, as well as residential, retail, leisure, and new mixed-use developments.

The team looks forward to expanding across Vietnam’s real estate industry in collaboration with Chestertons and representing Asia’s most prestigious properties and new developments. This will be supported by both a China and South Korea desk to better serve these neighbouring markets.

They will bring the latest prop-tech and innovative approach to the market with deep local knowledge as well as personalised customer services.

According to Salah Mussa, chairman of Chestertons,Vietnam is an exciting growth market which makes it appealing to international investors.
