MM Mega Market Vietnam launches online shopping website for professional customers

MM Mega Market Vietnam has officially launched MM Pro – the first and specific online shopping website for B2B customers.

Entering the digital transformation era, with the booming of E-commerce and the vision to become a leading food retailer for professional customers and households in Vietnam, MM Mega Market has thrived on big investment and development in omnichannel. After its successful launch of MM Click & Get – online shopping website for household customers (B2C) and Zalo OA, MM now publicly introduces MM Pro - an online shopping website for professional customers (B2B). This is regarded to be the first website for professional customers in Vietnam market, providing a plenty of convenient, real-time services and tailor-made solutions to every customer.

Before, B2B customers - including HORECA (Hotel – Restaurant – Cantin), Traders and Offices, can only make order via traditional channels such as: email, Zalo message or direct call to saleforce. With MM Pro, the ordering process is much more convenient, easier and faster, they just need to access website with their own given code to check for the most updated prices and promotions then click on “trolley” icon to complete the order at anytime, anywhere.

Be designed with user-friendly interface, MM Pro provides about 40,000 products with fully detailed information, visualizing photos and “personalized” prices and promotions for every account. MM Pro is also equipped with useful functions in order to give the best customer experience in processing their orders. The simplified procedure consists of logging in to the website via provided customer’s code, selecting products, putting into shopping bag, picking suitable time to receive goods and finishing orders. Customers also can track the real-time process of their order. MM Pro is available on both computer and mobile, providing the most flexible access when needed.

The most outstanding MM Pro’s feature is to “personalize” shopping experience of each customer. After receiving an official account on MM Pro website, the system will automatically sort out and suggest related products and tailor-made solution with dedicated prices and promotions for each customer.
