Gamuda Land Vietnam honored as 'Best Lifestyle Developer' of Asia at APA 2021
At the Asia Property Awards (APA) 2021 virtual gala held online on December 9th, Gamuda Land Vietnam had won the award “Best Lifestyle Developer” of the year.

Previously, on national scale, at the ceremony of Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2021 which took place in Ho Chi Minh City, Gamuda Land Vietnam was also honored to receive “Special Recognition” awards for its contributions to Sustainable Design and Construction, and Community Building.
In development categories, The GLEN, the luxury villa component project of Celadon City - the world-class green township developed by Gamuda Land in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, also won two most fiercely competitive categories, which were “Best Luxury Housing Development HCMC”, and “Best Housing Project in Vietnam”.
Mr. Angus Liew - General Director of Gamuda Land (HCMC) shared after receiving the regional award: “This prestigious award is a huge honor for us, as well as the great motivation for Gamuda Land to invest more resources to expand business in Vietnam. Our efforts are to accomplish the ultimate goal of bringing the greenery and enhancing living standard of community”.
Entering the Vietnamese market since 2007, Gamuda Land has created two world-class townships, which are Gamuda City with a scale of 274 hectares in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi and Celadon City with an area of 82 hectares in Tan Phu District, HCMC. After more than a decade of achieving great successes in Vietnam’s real estate market, the town-maker from Malaysia continues deploying the plan to drastically expand its business size in our country, by finding new land fund to develop mega-township projects.
Gamuda Land is also a prominent name in corporate social responsibility activities. The charitable program bearing the company's mark is "Run For The Heart" in collaboration with Heartbeat Vietnam. This is an annual charitable running program to raise funds for poor children with congenital heart disease to receive free surgeries. After eight years of organization, the total fundraising amount of "Run For The Heart" has exceeded VND35 billion, bringing normal healthy lives and brighter futures to more than 1,300 children with congenital heart disease.
Established in 2005 by Property Guru - the international reputable real estate market research and assessment organization, Asia Property Awards is the biggest and most prestigious real estate award in the region. The awards given by the program are recognized by global real estate investors as the highest certification of the competency of businesses in this field in Asia. The winning projects must go through an extremely rigid selection and evaluation process by the Jury Council gathering international leading experts of the industry.
