SonKim Land wins “Best Luxury Developer” and “Best Condo Architectural Design” for The Opera Residence
The Opera Residence, the phase 3 of The Metropole Thu Thiem project developed by SonKim Land has won “Best Condo Architectural Design” and “Best Luxury Developer” at the 7th Annual Vietnam Property Awards. In addition, SonKim Land was also chosen to receive “Special Recognition for ESG” (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance).

The Opera Residence was recently recognized as the hat-trick winner of Residential High-Rise Architecture for Vietnam, Apartment/ Condominium for Vietnam, Residential High-Rise Development for Vietnam with three prestigious 5-star Awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021.
The Opera Residence’s design inspiration is taken from the notions of a symphony and the Opera and is sophisticatedly formed with reflective materials, making the building almost invisible when viewed from afar. The glass wall design helps the building not only take advantage of natural light, soundproofing, and insulation but also allows it to capture the colorful movements of the day. It also offers a diverse range of facilities such as a series of pools (lap pool, family pool, kid’s pool, hot spring, and outdoor spa pool), high-tech fitness equipment and professional personal trainers, golf simulator, outdoor sauna pavilion.
