Shinhan Finance named among the best companies to work for in Asia for the second time

Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited (Shinhan Finance) has once again been recognised as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021” by HR Asia – the region’s most authoritative publication for senior human resources professionals. This is the second year in a row the company has achieved the award.

This award is truly recognition of the great efforts to build an ideal working environment at Shinhan Finance during the last time.

HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards recognises companies that have shown world-class employee engagement and workplace excellence, while displaying demonstrable empathy and care for their employees.

The award is Asia’s largest, covering over 300,000 employees across 11 markets. Employees rate their employers using the proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, which covers collective consciousness, workplace sentiment, and team dynamics. This year, the result is based on the survey responses of approximately 30.000 employees from 581 companies and HR experts’ assessments in Vietnam.
