NVT: NVT still in the warning status

On August 31, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements of Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: NVT). According to the statements, the after-tax profit of parent company in the first six months of 2021 was -13.41 billion dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2021 was -667.96 billion dongs.

Therefore, NVT has not overcome the causes making the stock under the warning status. HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock NVT and will consider solutions for the stock NVT after having the 2021 audited consolidated financial statements.
