GenXPlain enables users to ask Generali anything related to insurance, such as product and service, terms and conditions, health issues, and claim process.

Like all other features on GenVita, GenXPlain is provided completely free of charge to Generali customers and any GenVita users. One year after its official launch, GenVita has attracted more than five million users with tens of thousands of daily visits and interactions.

After logging into GenVita via the application on mobile devices or web browsers, users can easily access GenXPlain to ask a question or interact with Generali insurance experts, or exchange information with other community members.

Users can also participate in many exciting challenges to accumulate points and redeem gifts via the GenGift function.

This feature enables anyone interested in insurance to timely and conveniently receive fast, trustworthy, and easy-to-understand advisory and information. This is one of the most anticipated features by GenVita users.

“We are very glad that GenVita has been well-received by a large number of users,” said Tina Nguyen, Generali Vietnam CEO.

“This shows a huge demand for quality and reliable health and insurance information, and a growing demand for digital health services in Vietnam. GenXPlain, featuring plain, simple language, and an effective online interaction approach, offers added values to Generali’s existing customers, as well as useful information and knowledge to the community,” Nguyen noted.

In addition to continuously enhancing popular features such as telehealth function Alo Dr. Gen or footstep counting function GenGo, Generali Vietnam constantly invests in upgrading GenVita and integrating new features.

Specifically, GenVita's new interface is now more friendly and convenient. It now features much more in-depth articles with improved visual experience. Additionally, GenGift function was recently introduced to allow customers and GenVita users to accumulate bonus points through exciting activities on the platform and redeem these points for a plethora of gifts.

GenVita is a digital health ecosystem developed by Generali Vietnam, offering free services to its customers and the community. Apart from enabling users to research, buy, and manage insurance policies online, GenVita also provides useful and reliable information on health and insurance topics, while encouraging its users to look after their health.

Specifically, users can use the GenGo function on GenVita to track their daily footsteps, form teams to compete and exercise to improve their health.

Another unique feature of GenVita is Alo Dr. Gen, which allows users to get free health consultations via telephone with Generali’s medical doctors seven days a week.

Users can also participate in many exciting challenges to accumulate points and redeem gifts via the GenGift function.

A member of Generali Group – one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers from Italy, Generali Vietnam currently has a nationwide network of over 60 GenCasa (agency offices) and customer service centres, serving over 300,000 clients after nine years of operation in Vietnam.
