Like all other features on GenVita, GenXPlain is provided completely free of charge to Generali customers and any GenVita users. One year after its official launch, GenVita has attracted more than five million users with tens of thousands of daily visits and interactions.
After logging into GenVita via the application on mobile devices or web browsers, users can easily access GenXPlain to ask a question or interact with Generali insurance experts, or exchange information with other community members.
Users can also participate in many exciting challenges to accumulate points and redeem gifts via the GenGift function. |
This feature enables anyone interested in insurance to timely and conveniently receive fast, trustworthy, and easy-to-understand advisory and information. This is one of the most anticipated features by GenVita users.
“We are very glad that GenVita has been well-received by a large number of users,” said Tina Nguyen, Generali Vietnam CEO.
“This shows a huge demand for quality and reliable health and insurance information, and a growing demand for digital health services in Vietnam. GenXPlain, featuring plain, simple language, and an effective online interaction approach, offers added values to Generali’s existing customers, as well as useful information and knowledge to the community,” Nguyen noted.
