CapitaLand and Thien Duc hand over Feliz en Vista apartments to homebuyers

CapitaLand Vietnam, together with Thien Duc Trading-Construction Co., Ltd., has commenced the handover of apartments at Feliz en Vista.

Located in Thanh My Loi ward, District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City, Feliz en Vista has three residential towers – Altaz, Berdaz, and Cruz – and one serviced residence tower.

The apartments are scheduled to be handed over in phases, with the first phase comprising of apartments in Berdaz and Cruz Towers.

The entire project offers 973 residential units and the serviced residence, Somerset Feliz Ho Chi Minh City, will comprise of 154 serviced apartments managed by The Ascott Limited, CapitaLand's lodging business unit.

According to Andre Lim, general manager, South Vietnam at Capitaland, true to the company’s credo of "Building People, Building Communities", with the handing over of Feliz en Vista, CapitaLand continues to build a vibrant community of residents in District 2, in addition to its completed projects such as The Vista, Vista Verde, and D2Eight.

To date, the majority of apartments in Phase 1 of Feliz en Vista have been handed over to homebuyers. The property management office has commenced operations of common areas and facilities at Feliz en Vista.

Feliz en Vista has received positive feedback from its homebuyers. One of them, D. H. B. An, was particularly impressed by the facilities.

​“I am sure my son will spend whole days at the Kids Pool while my husband is the happiest about the Mystery Gym. I myself like the Yoga area. Feliz en Vista is an ideal place to live," An said.

Another homebuyer, N. T. N. My believes that CapitaLand is one of the most high-end residential brands in Ho Chi Minh City.

“I am impressed by the reception the Feliz en Vista team extended to us on the handover day. I was pleasantly surprised with the beauty and luxury of Feliz en Vista when I received my unit,” My added.

Meanwhile, N. T. T. Nhung, a loyal customer of CapitaLand, was also delighted to receive her apartment.

“I have been looking forward to the launch of CapitaLand’s new project," she enthused, explaining that she values the quality of CapitaLand’s projects.

Feliz en Vista is the eighth residential project of CapitaLand in Vietnam, which it developed together with Thien Duc.

The property is within a 10-minute drive from districts 1 and 7 and enjoys excellent connectivity via the Thoi Dai Bridge, Thu Thiem Tunnel, Thu Thiem Bridge, Saigon Bridge, and Phu My Bridge.

It has won several prestigious international awards, including the Residential High-Rise Development for Vietnam award at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2017 and Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2017.
